Instructions
Step 1
Chop the onion and mushrooms. Make the breadcrumbs and drain the beans.
Step 2
Fry the onion and garlic then add the mushrooms and tamari.
Step 3
Mix together the breadcrumbs, beans and yeast.
Step 4
Mix everything together and form into 4 patties.
Step 5
Fry the patties for a few minutes on each side.
Step 6
Assemble burgers!
