fresh chicken breast in water

pineapple tidbits

mayonnaise light

chopped macadamia nuts

red grapes

baby arugula
Instructions
Step 1
Open, drain out the water and pour chicken into large bowl
Step 2
Drain the water out of 2 packs of pineapple tidbits and add pineapple to the bowl
Step 3
Half 1 cup of red grapes and then add to bowl
Step 4
add macadamia nuts
Step 5
add 3 Tbsp of mayo to bowl and mix well
Step 6
place one cup of arugula on a plate with two pieces of thin bread
Step 7
place half a cup of chicken salad on arugula and serve
