EASY PEZY SKILLET PANCAKES
They are vegan but you can add an egg or egg whites for extra fluffiness if desired, just less milk.

Use a blender to mix all and let sit for 5 or sift flour, sweetener,protein and baking powder together , add in cinnamon if using. Add half a cup of milk and vanilla extract , adjust milk for medium thickness. Let sit for 5 and Heat a pan with some lite nuttlex and scoop or poor out some mix, flip once bubbles appear. They are soft and sweet you can fill them up like tacos or spread them out 😍
