Instructions
Step 1
Place all ingredients, except blueberries in blender or food processor. Blend on high until completely mixed together and oats have broken down. About 1-2 minutes.
Step 2
Fold in blueberries or add a few to pancake before flipping.
Step 3
Heat griddle or pan over medium heat and melt a teaspoon or two of butter, coconut oil, or plant based butter.
Step 4
Pour or scoop 1/4 cup of the batter onto pan.
Step 5
Cook 2-3 minutes on both sides. Add fresh fruit, pure maple, honey or powdered sugar.
