Instructions

Step 1
Heat your coconut oil in the pan over a medium heat

Blend all of your ingredients (loooots of cinnamon is yum) in a blender
Step 3
Pour into the pan one at a time making small medallion shapes
Step 4
Cook over a low heat until starting to bubble, and then flip
Step 5
Serve with toppings of choice or the recommended ones above!
