Step 1
Chop the red cabbage and the green bell pepper into thin strips and stir them in a frying pan with a tiny drizzle of olive oil. This step should take about 3 or 4 minutes and is completely optional though it helps make these two vegetables less hard and crunshy and it also helps with the digestion of the green bell pepper.
Step 2
Meanwhile, chop the tomato and the cucumber in small bits. Cut the onion as well in very thin slices.
Step 3
The red cabbage and green bell pepper should be ready by now. Mix them with the other veggies and the grilled chicken. Add a pinch of pink salt and the Calvé Big Burger dressing.
Step 4
Divide the ingredients in two portions and place them on the centre of each wrap. Fold the bottom over, then fold over both edges and roll it until it is in a cylindrical shape.
