The best vegan patty I’ve ever tried. Very easy to make and tasty. I sometimes have made it as chickpea parm with the cheese, veggies, potatoes and diced tomatoes on top. Or more often I’ll take the patty itself and use it on a bun with toppings such as lettuce, pickles and condiments.
