Cut potatoes into rounds

Boil potatoes in salted water until tender

Meanwhile, cook mince until brown

Add capsicum, tomatoes, onion and garlic. Cook until tender

Add spices, 80ml water and tomato paste. Cook until thickened
Step 7
Line oven tray with potatoes and layer with mince and cheese. Grill until melted and golden
