Instructions
Step 1
Fry shredded ginger with oil and set aside.
Step 2
Bake fish fillet at 160 degrees for 8mins
Step 3
Make gravy with light sauce, water, ginger juice, brown sugar and chinese wine.
Step 4
Fry onion and chilli until fragrant. Then throw in spring onion and add in the gravy.
Step 5
Finally add in baked fish pieces and let it simmer for a while. Garnish and ready to serve
