Instructions
Step 1
Cook chicken in salted boiling water...optional you can add spices to your liking( ex: onion, garlic, bay leaves, mint).shred it once cooked
Step 2
Cook cactus in boiling water. (You can use the one you used to cook your chicken). Dice them once cooked
Step 3
In a pan, heat one tbs of olive oil and Sauté shredded chicken( for about 3 min). Add adobo, salt, and pepper to your liking
Step 4
Let the chicken cool down a little
Step 5
Chop rest of ingredients (lettuce, tomatoes, green onions, radishes, pickled jalapeños)
Step 6
In a bowl combine all ingredients and add salt, pepper, Oregano, and italian dressing to your liking
Step 7
Tip- you can add a little bit of the juice from the pickled jalapeños to add a little more spiciness/acidity
