For the Soup-
Instructions
Step 1
Add oil in a cooker and fry some garlic cloves and a piece of ginger. Add in onions and let it fry for 2 minutes. After, add in the carrots and some potatoes. Cook it for 1 minute.
Step 2
Add in water and salt in the cooker and give it 2 whistles.
Step 3
Take it out and strain the water and keep it aside. Put it in the mixer grinder to form a smooth paste.
Step 4
Put the carrot paste in a pan and add the leftover water/stock from the carrot. Add in some black pepper and salt if needed. Adjust the consistency. Give it a boil. Add in some chopped coriander from top. Serve hot.
