2 tablespoonslemon juice

¼ cupbutter

2 cupsapple cider

Pancakes
Step 1
Beat all pancake ingredients with rotary beater, except apple. Stir in apple with fork. Grease griddle. Flip when bubbles appear.
Syrup
Step 2
Mix dry ingredients. Add liquid. Boil 1 minute while stirring. Blend in butter. Top with sour cream if desired.
