1 Tspcoriander seeds
1 Tbsptomato paste
200gcrushed tomatoes
1 tspcumin
1 TspGaram Masala
1 Tspchili flakes
salt
to taste
125mlcoconut milk
lemon
Instructions
Step 1
Mix and bake at 175 C for 20mins.
Step 2
Fry for a few minutes
Step 3
Stir it in let it simmer for 5-10 mins
Step 4
Add it along with the tofu and serve with rice and naan.
