2tins tomatoes
1 tspcoriander powder
1 tsppaprika
1 tspcumin powder
1 tspcumin seeds
1 tspajwain seeds
1 tspnigella seeds
1 tspfennel seeds
1 tspfenugreek seeds
1 tspmustard seeds
2 Tbspghee
1 Tbspchili garlic oil
2 TbspGarlic Ginger paste

Marinade
Step 1
Marinade the meat with using the ingredients under marinade in a storage box and put in the fridge for hour.
Initial

Next put a large pan on medium heat.
Step 3
Add ghee and ginger garlic paste.
Step 4
Add onion and all spices under initial and stir well
Step 5
Fry until onions are golden.
Step 6
Add tomato and stir well
Step 7
Cover and cook for ten minutes
Step 8
Add your marinaded meat
Step 9
Mix well and cook for further 5 minutes.
Step 10
Stir in yogurt slowly and cook until meat is tender.
Step 11
I tend to cook in oven for two hours to gather flavour and let meat go tender.
Later on
Step 12
Add second onion, green pepper mix well cook for 10 minute.
Step 13
Serve with rice and naan.
