Step 1
Unisci tutti gli ingredienti in un mixer. Scalda una padella con un filo dā€™olio dā€™oliva, versa 2 cucchiaio di impasto e poggia al centro una fettina di mozzarella, poi ricopri con altro impasto. Dopo circa 3 minuti gira il pancake ed ultima la cottura per altri 2/3 minuti!
