1 lblean ground beef

large, room temperature
dried parsley flakes
dried basil leaves
ground mustard
smoked paprika
grated parmesan cheese
minced garlic
panko bread crumbs
1 Tbsmustard
1 TbsBBQ sauce
garlic powder
onion powder
black pepper
crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven 375°
OvenPreheat
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with foil. Spray foil with non-stick cooking spray.
Step 3
Mix the ingredients (NOT the water) together. Once mixed, add the water 1 tablespoon at a time until you get a smooth mixture. Do not over mix.
Step 4
Form meatballs, should get 16 meatballs.
Step 5
Place formed meatballs on lined baking sheet. Spray the top of the meatballs lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
Step 6
Bake for 25-30 mins or until cooked through.
