Instructions

Step 1
Place the chicken in the saucepan and all the ingredients.
Step 2
Add just enough water to cover the chicken
Step 3
When it boils, reduce the temperature to simmering temperatures that is to reduce temperatures to slow boiling /stop rigorous boiling
Step 4
Boil while covered until cooked and chicken is tender.
