¼ cuponion
diced

¼ cupbaby bella mushroom
sliced

¼ cupbell pepper
diced

3brussel sprouts
sliced thinly

4asparagus spears
sliced

2 tspitalian seasoning

1 tspgarlic powder

1 tspblack pepper

1 tspsalt

3 tblspwater

1 tspnutritional yeast

red pepper flakes
to taste
For the "flatbread"
Instructions
Step 1
heat oil in pan over medium heat
Step 2
add in vegetables and allow to saute for ~5 minutes
Step 3
add seasonings and coat vegetables
Step 4
add in water and cover, allow to cook ~12 minutes
Step 5
remove lid to evaporate any remaining liquid, adjust seasonings if necessary
Step 6
once liquid is gone and vegetables are tender, set aside
Step 7
in a separate pan, heat oil over medium low heat (~4 on knob)
Step 8
Once warm, place tortilla in pan and assemble (should be able to lay flat)
Step 9
add pizza sauce to tortilla in pan and layer cooked vegetable mixture as desired
Step 10
Cover and allow to cook for another ~5 minutes, or until flatbread crust is golden brown/crunchier
Step 11
top with nutritional yeast and red pepper flakes as desired
