Step 1
1. Remove skin & bones from fish and flake coarsely
2. Mix fish, egg, cheese, parsley, lemon rind & seasoning
3. Roll out pastry thinly into a large square
4. Spread filling over pastry, brush edges with some milk. Join edges of pastry to form an envelope shape.
5. Place pie on baking sheet, brush with some milk and bake in hot oven 200 deg. Fan for 35-40mins
