Step 1
Preheat Oven to 350F. Grease muffin pan and set aside

Whisk together sugar and eggs

Add maple syrup and pumpkin purée

In a separate bowl, mix flour, protein powder, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, and salt

Mix the dry ingredients with the wet until just combined

Break FiberOne Bar into crumbs, then add to mix.

Evenly distribute batter to each muffin cup
