Step 1
1. If using pork, dice and cook in pan before step 2.

2. Heat oil in large saucepan over high. Cook scallions, garlic, & ginger stirring often until soft and fragrant.
Step 3
3. Add broth then whisk in gochujang and soy sauce. Simmer 15mins.
Step 4
4. Add diced kimchi and tofu. Simmer until tofu is heated through.

5. Thinly slice scallion tops and scatter over.
