Instructions

Step 1
Whisk the vinegar, ketchup, soy sauce, chilli sauce and cornflour together in a small bowl, season with plenty of black pepper and set aside.

Step 2 Heat a wok or large frying pan over a high heat, add the oil and heat until it begins to smoke.
Step 3
Add the onion, green pepper and paneer and stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
Step 4
Add the garlic and chilli, fry for a further 2 minutes then pour in the sauce and let everything bubble away for a couple of minutes.
Step 5
Pour into a bowl and serve.
