Chicken rice

3 cupsfresh chicken stock
Ginger paste juice

6pandan leaves

1 Tbspginger paste

1 Tbspbutter
Chili sauce

1red chili
seeds removed, grind
15green chili padi
grind

3 clovesgarlic
grind

light soy sauce
grind

1 Tbspsugar
adjust accordingly

4lime
for juice
Ginger paste (grind)
Instructions
Step 1
Add some water in the ginger paste ingredients and grind. Squeeze out the ginger juice and set aside for cooking rice later.



Step 2
Fry the ginger paste over low heat until fragrant and brown.
Step 3
Put the chicken with some water (enough to cover the chicken) in a pot and cook for 25-30 minutes.

Step 4
Reserve the chicken stock for cooking rice.
Step 5
Remove chicken bones and chop the chicken into small pieces.
Step 6
Put some oil in wok, add fried ginger paste, chicken, sugar, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, light soy sauce and white pepper. Mix well.
