Instructions
Step 1
Add rice and 1 2/3 cup of water to a pot and bring to a simmer, reduce heat to medium, cover for 35mins
Step 2
Add curry paste to a pot on medium heat and add coconut milk
Step 3
Add frozen prawns and veggies
Step 4
Bring to a simmer for 10 mins
Step 5
Plate rice and curry and garnish with coriander and chilli flakes
