Instructions

Step 1
Cut up potatoes, toss in oil and air fry for 10 mins at 400f
Step 2
Cut Cauliflower into florets, toss in a little oil and air fry for 5 mins at 400f
Step 3
Heat oil in pan and add cumin seeds. When they start to crackle add the garlic paste and chillies. Cook for a minute or so
Step 4
Add onions and wait until they have browned.
Step 5
Add tomatoes, garam Masala, chilli powder, cumin powder, corriander powder, tumeric, and fry. Add a little salt and cook til tomatoes are soft
Step 6
Add potatoes and cauliflower and stir in a cup of water. Add a little salt. Cover and let simmer for 5 mins.
