Instructions

Step 1
Rinse the rice 4 or 5 times to remove excess starch
Step 2
Put water in pot, add salt and butter and bring to boil
Step 3
Add rinsed rice
Step 4
Cook for 5 minutes, stir with fork occasionally
Step 5
Turn off heat, and leave covered for 5 minutes
Step 6
Remove lid to allow excess water to evaporate
Step 7
Add your favourite savoury food, and enjoy
