Instructions
Step 1
Boil enough water to have some broth in your ramen. Add 1 packet of chicken seasoning.
Step 2
Break blocks in half and boil them. Pull apart gently with a fork as they cook.
Step 3
Pull out noodles with tonga when they're done and put them in your serving bowl
Step 4
In the broth that's still boiling, add 2 cracked eggs. Cook until whites are done and yolks are starting to set. You want the yolks runny/gummy.
Step 5
Remove egg from broth and put on top of noodles.
Step 6
To the still cooking broth, add Sriracha, sesame oil and soy sauce. Stir and pour over noodles. Top with more soy as needed.
