Instructions
Step 1
In some Tupperware, mix 40g oats, 80g milk, 1 chopped banana, and a tablespoon of chia seeds. Refrigerate over night.
Step 2
In the morning, mix the oats with about 20g of water. Transfer the mixture to a bowl, then crack an egg into the empty Tupperware, mix, and pour over the oats.
Step 3
Microwave until the egg is set around the edges (about 1.30), then mix and microwave a further 30 seconds or so.
Step 4
When it is ready, pour over the remaining 20g of milk, more or less depending on the consistency you want. You could top it with fresh fruit too, and pumpkin seeds.
