Step 1
Cut chicken in small cubes, put in bowl and add one spoon of soya sauce, one tbs of sesame oil and corn starch . Marinate
Meanwhile cut half onion, quarter red bell pepper , 3 garlic clove, 2 chili pepper, 2 dry chili pepper, peppercorn 3 crushed. 1 tomatoes blend and one teaspoon tomato paste Fry chicken. Remove from pan and add all ingredients except tomatoes and paste. Fry till fragrance and get color . Add tomato, then in 5 min add paste and chicken.. add Cajun mix, soya sauce, sesame oil and oyster sauce.
