Instructions
Step 1
Shell the shrimp and rinse well. Let dry while prepping the rest.
Step 2
Slice the veggies.
Step 3
Preheat your pan to medium/high heat.
Step 4
Mix the seasonings together. Sprinkle about 1/2 tsp on the veggies. Pour the rest on the shrimp and stir until mixed through.
Step 5
Sauté the veggies for 3-4 minutes and set aside in a bowl.
Step 6
Cook shrimp for two minutes on both sides. Once cooked place shrimp in a bowl but leave the juices in the pan.
Step 7
pour your cheeses into the shrimp juice in the pan. Spread out the cheese so that it crisps a bit. Stir until mixed thoroughly and melted. Serve over your shrimp and veggies.
