Ingredients

2 poundsground beef
1 cuprice
dry
2eggs
0.5onion
chopped
1 teaspoonchicken bouillon
1 teaspoononion powder
1 teaspoongarlic powder
1 teaspoonblack pepper
1 teaspooncumin
1 tabOregano
0.25 bunchcilantro
washed & chopped
5red tomatoes

3cloves garlic
pealed
0.25onion
1 packetcilantro tomato flavored Sazon Goya
1 teaspoonknorr chicken tomato stock granule
1 teaspoonchicken bouillon
¼ cwater
2 tablespoonoil
11 cwater
2potatoes
larger, washed & chopped
2carrots
washed & chopped
2zucchini
mexican, washed & chopped
1 bunchcilantro
washed
4avocados
raw, medium, peeled, pitted & quartered
4limes
washed & quartered
Instructions
Step 1
Put into a bowl & mix with clean hands.
Step 2
Make the mix into about golf ball-sized round balls of seasoned produced meatballs & place on parchment, setting aside.
Step 3
Put ingredients into a blender & liquify, then set aside
Step 4
Add oil to an 8qt pot till heated
Step 5
Add the blended sauce to the pot & heat for 3-4 minutes or pre-simmer hot
Step 6
Add about 11 cups of water to the sauce in the pot & bring to a boil
Step 7
GENTLY put 1 meatball at a time into boiling soup & cook them for 20 mins. (Don't start the timer until the last meatball is submerged!)
Step 8
Add Veggies! Cover & cook 10 min.
Step 9
Add more veggies! Recover & cook 5 min more!
Step 10
Taste test it for anything else it might need like salt, which you just mix in to have that perfect broth.
Step 11
Put some in a bowl & garnish with some avocado wedge & lime wedge/juice
