The Glow Getter Smoothie

5 steps
Prep:5minCook:3min
(A must read!) This is a perfect smoothie to kickstart your day with. Packed with nutrients to boost your energy, improves gut health and gives you a glow-from-within look! Also ideal as a first meal after an extended fasting period. Feel free to switch the rice milk with your liquid of choice; coconut, hemp and almond milk works wonderfully with this recipe as well. Or you could try almond or coconut yoghurt alternative, if you’re looking for a smoothie with a bite. The automatic nutrition calculation on this recipe is off by just a tad bit because I didn’t include an ingredient that apparently isn’t yet on their database which is 10g of WelleCo The Super Elixir (37 kcal) and it failed to take into account the nutritional value of the ingredients from these specific brands I use in my recipe, which are much lower than the app’s estimates. The actual calorie of this recipe should come to about: 450 kcal in total per serving It might seem like a lot of kcal (and it is), but this recipe is very filling and will definitely keep you satisfied until dinner! Give it a try!
