Green Chef Tamari Beef Bowl

6 steps
Prep:15minCook:30min
Double sauce for one pound of ground beef. Use honey, maybe 50-75% of recommended amount. Use low sodium soy sauce. Kids loved it. Tastes similar to the Yu Jie ground pork dish. Next time, try mixing with broccoli rice or some Napa cabbage or spinach.

Instructions

Step 1
Cut veggies and peanuts into bite size pieces.
Step 2
Add tamari, agave and 2 Tablespoons of water in a small bowl and mix.

Step 5
Add 1 tsp oil to pan over medium heat. Add veggies and 1 Tablespoon of water to hot pan. Season with granulated garlic. Stir. Cover with lid. Cook 3-5 minutes.
