Step 1
Put a half an inch of water and a tablespoon of white vinegar into a pot and bring to a boil. Add shrimp and cover, continue to boil for 4 minutes. Strain shrimp and put on a platter. Dress with olive oil, lemon, chopped oregano, salt and pepper.
