28 ouncecan of diced tomatoes

14 ouncecan corn

14.5 ouncecan black beans

4 ouncecan diced green chiles

2 x 14.5 ouncecans chicken broth

1 ¾ cupwater

2chicken bouillon cubes

1 Tablespoondried onion
minced

1clove garlic
minced

1 teaspoonground cumin

salt
to taste

pepper
to taste

2boneless skinless chicken breast
cooked and cubed

6tortillas
cut into 114-inch strips

shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions
Step 1
Add all ingredients except chicken, tortillas, and cheese to a heavy stockpot. Bring to a boil; reduce head and simmer 20 min.
Step 2
Add chicken; cook 10 min.
Step 3
Broil tortilla strips in oven until toasted, moving often so they don't burn.
Step 4
Ladle soup into bowls and sprinkle soup with tortilla strips and cheese.
