Step 1

In a pan, heat the butter and olive oil.

Add the bacon and fry it.

Add the courgettes

Add a bit of salt and cook for 10 min, stirring from time to time.

Add the crushed garlic and fry for 2 min.

Step 6

Mean while, cook the spaghetti in another pan with salted boiling water

Step 7

In a bowl, add the egg, egg yolks, a bit of salt and parmesan cheese. Mix it well.

Step 8

Drain the spaghetti, but keep a bit of the cooking water to loosen up the sauce a bit afterwards.

Step 9

Add the pasta in the courgettes pan and mix well.
Step 10

Turn the heat off and add the beaten eggs. Mix it well.
Step 11

If necessary, add a bit of the cooking water to loosen up the sauce and get a creamy texture.
Step 12

Serve in a plate, sprinkle some grated parmesan cheese and ground pepper.
