This is my kind of carbonara. You can make it veggie by choosing the tortellini filled with cheese. Or replace the bacon by the tortellini with ham in it like this recipe!

Start making your Carbonara Sauce the way you make it. And add the vegetables.
Step 5
When your pasta and the sauce is done, add the tortellini to your sauce and mix together. Now you have you simple and delish pasta carbonara with a twist!
