Instructions

Step 1
wash bell peppers
Step 2
slice bell peppers into thing strips
Step 3
peel and slice onion into half mooons
Step 4
preheat a large skillet and add 1 tbsp of oil
Step 5
add steak to skillet and cook until HALF of your desired doneness
Step 6
add peppers and onions to the skillet cook until softened and steak is at desired doneness
Step 7
Shred mozzarella cheese (for a more authenticate cheese steak use provolone)
Step 8
toast ciabatta rolls
Step 9
Top each roll with steak, peppers and onions and some cheese
