Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 150° C. Mix all ingredients together except for the raisins. Spread out on a large baking tray. Bake for 40 minutes take out of the oven every 10 minutes and stir. After 30 minutes add raisins and stir bake for 10 minutes more. Leave to cool. It will keep for four weeks
