Instructions

Step 1
Prepare the noodles as directed on the . Mix the sauce ingredients together and set aside.
Step 2
In a large non-stick wok, heat the oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic. Add the egg and scramble it into small pieces. Increase the heat to high, add the tofu, and sauté 2 minutes, stirring gently. Add the sauce mixture and cook 1 minute, or until boils.
Step 3
Reduce the heat to medium, add the rice noodles, onions, sprouts, cilantro, and peanuts to the wok. Heat thoroughly while tossing until the noodles are coated.
Step 4
Divide the romaine among 4 plates and serve Pad Thai over it.
