Instructions

Step 1
Wash rice and cook in rice cooker with some salt and rice vinegar (optonal)
Step 2
Peel and chopped to bite size all vegetables.
Step 3
Dice the beef into bite season pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
In a large pan, put 1 tablespoon of oil and brown beef on all sides (about 5 minutes)
Step 5
Add 0.5 tablespoon of oil to same pan and add onion. Let it sweat a bit (about 1~2 minutes) and then add all other vegetables. Cook for 5 minutes
Step 6
Add Beef back into pan along with all juices that gathered on the plate. Add 2 and 3/4 cups of water and cook for 15 minutes or until vegetables are soft and beef is tender.
Step 7
Add Curry block and mix until dissolved. Cook for another 5 minutes
