Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C
Step 2
Add your oats, protein powder, baking powder and salt to a bowl and mix.
Step 3
Mash half of your banana in a bowel and once mashed add this and 250ml of milk to your oat mixture.
Step 4
Crack and whisk your egg into the oat mixture and then break up the square of dark chocolate and add this to the mixture too.
Step 5
Pour your mixture into a small oven proof dish and place the other half of your banana on top. Bake in your preheated oven for 30mins or until golden brown.
