For the Chicken marinade

1 tspred chili flakes

Mix till it changes color For the green sauce (you will only use a small amount from all of this)
50gavocado
medium
100gfat free greek yogurt
or low fat
cilantro
1 tspgarlic powder
½ tspsalt
pepper
0.5lime juice
For the cooking process: - cook the chicken for 4 mins on each side and set aside. I used cooking spray but you can use olive too
Mexican rice: season with the same spices you used for the chicken + 1-2 tbsp of tomato paste
