Instructions

Step 1
Heat up wok with 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.
Step 2
Add in chopped garlic and shallots. Fry till golden brown on low heat.
Step 3
Add in rice, light soya sauce and ground white peppercorn. Stir fry for 3 minutes, set aside.
Step 4
In a clean wok, add in 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, crack in 2 eggs.
Step 5
Fry for 1 minute, and then add in shrimps and continue frying for 1 minute.
Step 6
Add in fried rice, peas and diced char siew / sliced Chinese sausage and fry on high heat for 2 minutes.
Step 7
Serve with garnish.
