Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to Fan 160. Cook the pasta and drain well.
Step 2
Put the mince in a large pan with a little bit of water. Mix together until combined. Cook the mince with a little low calorie cooking spray until brown.
Step 3
Add the onion, carrot, garlic and mushrooms and fry over a high heat for a few minutes. Drain any fat and return to the heat.
Step 4
Add the tomatoes, stock and oregano and bring to the boil. Season lightly, cover and cook over a medium heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat.
Step 5
Spoon half of the sauce into the base of a medium baking dish and top with the cooked pasta. Spoon over the remaining sauce and evenly sprinkle over the cheese.
Step 6
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until bubbling.
