The canned tomatoes are meant to be the diced tomatoes with chili’s, I usually use one regular, one hot. The chili packet is normally the Cincinnati style chili packet.

Instructions

Step 1
Heat olive oil in pot or Dutch oven, sauté onion until translucent, add mushrooms and brown
Step 2
Drain and add beans (rinse if you’d like)
Step 3
Add tomatoes and juices
Step 4
Season with chili packet (I use the Cincinnati style chili packet, but use whichever you prefer, use 1/2-3/4 of the packet)
Step 5
Add jalapeños
Step 6
Simmer until base thickens, remove from heat and serve with vegan sour cream/cheese.
