Ingredients

2 Tbspveg oil
2 tspcumin seeds
0.5red onion
2garlic cloves
½ tspginger paste
1tomato
¾ Tbsptomato puree
1chicken breast
½ tspsalt
1 tsptandoori powder
¾ tspcurry powder
1 tspcorriander
½ tsppaprika
water
as required
lemon wedge
to serve
Instructions
Step 1
heat the oil in a pan
Step 2
add the cumin seeds and cook for a minute
Step 3
add in the onion, garlic and ginger and cook till the onion softens
Step 4
add the tomato and crush it, the tomato puree and 1/3 mug of water and cook for 5 minutes
Step 5
add in the spices and another 1/2 cup water and cook until oil seperates
Step 6
add in the diced cheicken and cook until the chicken is cooked through
Step 7
add in the fresh coriander and lemon and cook for 2 minutes
Step 8
garnish and serve on puri or wraps
