Instructions

Step 1
Heat the oil in a wok over a medium-high heat for 30 seconds. Add the beef and stir-fry for 1 minute, or until browned. Transfer to a plate with a slotted spoon.
Step 2
2 Add the orange pepper, spring onions, jalapeño chillies and garlic to the wok and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the mangetout and mushrooms and stir-fry for 2 minutes more
Step 3
3 Return the beef to the wok. Add the hoisin sauce and orange juice and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until the beefs cooked and the vegetables are tender but still firm. Add the rocket and stir-fry until it starts to wilt. Serve immediately with a small bowl of sweet chilli sauce, if using.
