Aunt Stacey's Sausage Kale Soup

My (great-) Aunt Stacey always has the best recipes that can get you to eat something that you normally won't touch (like kale). My roommates don't like kale either. This recipe is so delicious they like it just as much as my cupcakes!

Instructions

Step 1
Brown sausage in olive oil. Drain fat. Return to pot.
Step 2
Add beans, tomatoes, vegetable broth, and garlic.
Step 3
Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 4
While soup is simmering, wash and chop kale.
Step 5
Add kale to soup and simmer just until the kale is tender.
Step 6
All done! 😊
