Instructions

Step 1
Chop fern fiddleheads into small pieces and keep aside.
Step 2
chop garlic abd chilli into small pieces. Add oil to pan and fry garlic until smell arises.
Step 3
Add chilli and fern pieces to the pan. Fry for 1 minute and add turmeric and salt.
Step 4
Cover and Fry until soft. Add a little water if necessary.
